If you interested in helping people with low vision (mostly seniors with macular degeneration) then you may qualify to buy at wholesale prices. To obtain and maintain your "Provider Status" you must meet the following conditions.

1. You (The Provider) are purchasing the Reliant CCTV for a third party (The Customer).



2. The Provider will support The Customer, if necessary, in the following manner.
1. Set up the Reliant CCTV
2. Train The Customer on how to use the Reliant CCTV
3. Take calls, if The Customer needs follow up support like; light bulbs, user issues, warranty repair issues, etc.


3. If the Reliant CCTV is being resold, then The Provider must collect state sales taxes, if any and pay the taxes out to the state they are doing business in. The Provider will pay the income taxes due on the net proceeds of their business conducted.
1. Businesses such as; eye doctors offices, Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Opticians or hearing aid centers where the Audiologist cross market Reliant CCTVs to their customers, etc.
2. Individuals. such as seniors who live in senior retirement centers where they have access to a computer (to use for demonstration purposes) and want to be self employed, or compassionate sales men/women who want to make a living doing in-home sales, etc.


4. OR, if the Reliant CCTV is being given away or loaned out, then The Provider will not have to collect any applicable state sales tax.
1. Such as social service agencies; The Lions, Departments for the Services of the Blind, schools, etc.


5. In order to maintain your "Provider Status" it is assumed that a minimum of four Reliant CCTVs will be purchased per year. If you do not meet this requirement then your "Provider Status" will be reviewed annually and my be revoked.
